This presentation will discuss the various ethnic groups that have come to Mexico since Mexican independence. We will explore the three main phases of foreign migration to Mexico and discuss Mexican legislation and attitudes relating to foreigners. The immigration patterns of the Spaniards, French, Germans, Chinese, British and Americans will be examined.
